School Visit Day
Our Book Festival kicks off on Friday in a big way! We will be sending authors and illustrators to schools throughout Kitsap County, with a special focus on our Title One schools. The authors/illustrators will meet with classes to talk about the process of writing stories and creating books.
These visits are free to the schools and for Title One schools, each participating student will get a copy of the author's book at no charge.
School Visit Day is being made possible by a generous grant from Sayuri and Dav Pilkey and Liberty Bay Books.
